A private developer engaged Prudecon to design the mechanical and electrical engineering systems for Unipet’s 24th Service Station.

Located on the old Southern Main Road, McBean, Couva, the two-story commercial building houses a central Quick Shoppe and Service Station. Given its need to support rentable retail spaces, a gas station, and a convenience store, the Prudecon team designed the plumbing, lighting, high & low voltage power, fire detection and suppression, and air conditioning systems. The electrical designs incorporate spaces for the canopy, forecourt, fuel pumps, dispensers and external lighting.
