This 30-townhouse unit development is situated in Glencoe with panoramic ocean views. The focal point of the design is the ocean and providing unobstructed ocean views to townhouse residents, as per the client’s request. The designs cater to this by implementing an underground service distribution throughout the site.

The Prudecon Team worked on the design of all units, which include efficient multi-split HVAC systems, potable and sanitary plumbing, ICT infrastructure and power distribution.

Given the development’s proximity to water, the engineering design incorporates disaster-resilient elements such as Wind and Seismic resistance features. It also uses energy-efficient systems, including LED lighting and inverter-type air conditioning systems.

The development design also caters for underground water, sewer, ICT infrastructure and CCTV. An on-site water storage facility is available, and all sewer lines connect to the public sewer network.
