A state-of-the-art facility designed to fulfill a governmental mandate to uplift and enhance communities throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

Located in the Couva district at Lisas Boulevard East, Lisas Gardens was selected as the community site, and features a gym, ICT access center, a laundry room, among other amenities. Constructing a building that would withstand a natural disaster was a key factor during the design process. This was achieved via the Enhanced Safety Objective in the performance design requirements.
