The Prudecon team was tasked with upgrading the landmark 50+ year-old Credit Union building to help meet their members’ ever changing needs.

The multi-story Head Office building, located in the capital of Port of Spain, is designed as an office / commercial space, and uses energy-efficient systems such as LED lighting and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology was extensively used throughout the project, which helped achieve the project’s objectives.
