Located in the northern coastal village of Moriah Tobago, the health center aims at helping accommodate the growing medical needs of the community.

Sustainability and best-in-class medical standards shape the building’s design. It uses energy-efficient systems such as LED lighting; and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems designed to meet ASHRAE standards for healthcare facilities. In addition, it features medical-grade fixtures and equipment, standby power, reserve water storage and solar car park lighting.
