The East Tobago development comprises a 40-room clubhouse & restaurant and 126 townhouse units varying between two and three-bedroom types.

All building designs include VRV HVAC systems, potable and sanitary plumbing, LED lighting, ICT networks, CCTV and power distribution.

The development design includes underground water, sewer, fiber optic communications, CCTV and LED lighting with an off-site wastewater treatment and a water storage facility. Coastal protection walls, berms and flood control pumps will be incorporated to guard against flooding.
