The design goal of this facility was to give credit union staff an immersive experience by focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable design.
The introduction of smart systems helped develop this goal and was a key point of focus for the designers.
Advanced structural techniques such as a Special Moment Frame (SMF) protect the steel-framed building from earthquakes and wind loads.
Energy-efficient features, including LED lighting, a building management system and VRF air conditioning systems, are also part of the building design.
