A multi-building execution of over twenty-six (26) ECCE Centers throughout Trinidad & Tobago.

The works were executed through a Design-Bid-Build approach which required the Prudecon team to provide designs, tender documents, specifications, bills of quantities, engineering estimates and construction documentation to the Client for construction.

The design of each building is a single-story steel-framed structure of approximately 4,500 sq. ft. to accommodate 75 students and teachers in a modern layout. Despite extremely tight site setbacks at some sites, the Design team accommodated all the Client’s requirements for the Early Childhood Care Centers as outlined by the Town and Country Planning Division.
