The design of Cove Eco-Industrial and Business Park focused on fulfilling E-IDCOT’s mandate “to lead the diversification and transformation of the Tobago economy through the sustainable development of goods and services” through sustainable design.
Located in Tobago, the Prudecon Team provided MEP design consultancy services for the second phase of this development. The design mixes modernity and green spaces with state-of-the-art business units, administrative buildings, Incubator building units, Shared Business Centers, and Factory Warehouse Shells.
The engineering designs focused on energy efficiency for maximum indoor air quality (IAQ) and to ensure occupants’ comfort. The Prudecon team also adopted solar-powered equipment and systems and incorporated clean energy via natural gas-fired chillers to meet all the buildings’ air-conditioning needs.
