Located on the eastern end of the capital, Port of Spain, the Clifton Hill Residential Apartment Towers overlooks the entire city.

The development comprises two 8-story and two 10-story apartment blocks on strip foundations. The total building area covers approximately 35,480 m². The preliminary structural designs used RAM Structural Modeling Software to help create a cost-effective and secure design for the high-rise structures.

Initially, the Prudecon team was engaged to provide Civil / Structural Design and Supervision services for this project; however, the contract converted from a Design/Supervision role to a Supervision role for Structural Engineering services only.
