A modern luxury condominium development designed to fulfill a client’s request—create an apartment complex with internal amenities that would complement the spectacular ocean views visible from the building.

The Prudecon team dove into work, but the site location of Pt. Cumana, Carenage presented some unique challenges, especially topography and infrastructure constraints. The building’s design uses a holistic approach by integrating multidisciplinary data via Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.
