Avinash Boodoo

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Avinash’s role as an Associate Director is crucial to the company’s Building Services Engineering Design. He oversees the operations of the Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Departments including design reviews, regulatory approvals, and permits and construction supervision. He specializes in scheduling, resource allocation and quality management ensuring optimum project success.

Richard Poliah

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Richard is an Associate Director and a seasoned Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with over 17 years of experience in MEP Engineering design and construction, including training and experience in Project Management. He has acted as the FIDIC Engineer on several institutional and commercial projects.

Jerome Harper

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

As Associate Director, Jerome draws upon his skills as a practised and passionate Engineer. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in designing infrastructural works with a focus on risk mitigation strategies in hydro‐geological events, seismic design, damage/conditional assessments, crisis management and hazard assessments utilizing modern surveying and mapping techniques.

Colin Clarke

DIRECTOR

A ‘Structural Engineering force to be reckoned with,’ best describes this Prudecon co-founder. He’s championed the expansion of Prudecon across a diverse range of engineering fields.

From early in his career, Colin set himself apart in the engineering sector by specializing in structural engineering. He graduated from UWI with a BSc in Civil Engineering (Honors). He also holds an MSc in Structural and Earthquake Engineering (Honors) from the University of British Columbia.

Colin leads by example through ‘solution-based’ leadership that encourages balance and flexibility in high-functioning work environments. He continues to elevate his team to engineer excellence, remain client-centric and service-focused.

Daniel Thornhill

DIRECTOR

Daniel Thornhill is equal parts, Director, innovator and financial business executive. He holds the strategic role of developing and strengthening the financial systems within the organization.

His multi-functional expertise allows him to traverse the Finance, Engineering, Construction and Public Services sectors. He is a certified Auditor, Chartered Accountant and Quantity Surveyor. He graduated from UWI with an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) and an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University. He is also a PMP certified Project Manager.

Because of his wealth of regional and international multi-industry experience, Daniel believes ‘The strength of a built business relies on the foundation of its employees.’

Dwight Pollonais

DIRECTOR

Dwight is a Seismic and Structural Engineering Executive with a keen eye for retrofitting designs and construction development. He’s best known for his ability to foster healthy business alliances with unique entity collaborations.

As a multi-faceted leader, Dwight’s career spans engineering and project management. He graduated from the Imperial College of London with an MSc in Earthquake Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering, Project Management & International Enterprise Risk Management.

He’s best known as Prudecon’s ambassador for personnel development. He lives and leads by the three Es: ‘Effectiveness, Efficiency and Effort.’
